Beautiful evening dress - would suit most ladies
I live in Australia but visit the UK often, to catch up with friends and, of course, Marks & Spencer. I was fortunate to visit a couple of months ago. Whilst I did not try on THIS GORGEOUS dress, I tried on and bought others ... so I had a good idea of my size. Then, our son tells us that he is getting married. I took one look at this gown - and that was it! Admittedly it is a bit long for me but I have a wonderful dressmaker who will fix that for me. The colour is DIVINE! Pale blue and 'shimmery'. The sleeves are transparent and, as in the photos, the dress is lined. I am a 12, but I bought a 14 just in case any major alterations were needed. The dress is true to size, it is only the length (in my case) that needed attention. I have now bought some beautiful silver shoes with a kitten heal.
