Have used for years. Very effective in removing eye make up. I routinely buy this because I can do M&S click and collect at my local store but as it is soon to close, I will buy through another retailer that I can get to easily.

I got a sample a while back and liked the product. Bought a full size one but so disappointed, the bottle leaks and leaves oily marks in the drawer. But tonight something seems to have broken in the lid, I CANNOT open the bottle. The lid turns and makes a clicking noise. It's 3/4 quarters full and I am so annoyed. Pay premium for a product I can't even use ridiculous.

I have been using this product for a number of years. It works well on my eyes. Removes mascara easily. I have slightly sensitive skin and no reactions to date.

I find the remover is very efficient and takes the make up off without causing any irritation to the skin

I really love this product, it's gentle on the skin, really removes the most stubborn mascara and eye shadow and doesn't irritate sensitive skin BUT I do wish Clinique would come up with a better closure system for the bottle lid !!! Twice now on two different bottles when replacing the top it has misthread and jammed making it impossible to unscrew thereby rendering the remaining product useless unless you happen to have a handyman who's able to cut the bottle open to salvage the contents !!!!!!!!

This is excellent for removing my waterproof mascara without having to rub. It just gently melts it away, along with the rest of my eye shadow etc.

I have been using this for many years especially for waterproof mascara. As it's expensive i have tried many alternatives from many other brands but always come back to buying/ using this one as it effortlessly removes waterproof mascara without damaging/losing lashes. Yes the push down & twist lid is a little tricky and tough like a medicine bottle, but the product works well . You've got to shake the bottle and then tip onto cotton pad at least 3-4 times, press onto lashes for several seconds before sweeping away. No need to rub.

I used to love this remover. I find it now performs poorly, leaving behind a lot of waterproof mascara on my lashes and a greasy film on my eyelids, though it does work okay for long lasting lipstick. The cap is difficult to open though doesn't seem to be a safety lid.
