I have been using this product for a number of years. It works well on my eyes. Removes mascara easily. I have slightly sensitive skin and no reactions to date.

I find the remover is very efficient and takes the make up off without causing any irritation to the skin

I really love this product, it's gentle on the skin, really removes the most stubborn mascara and eye shadow and doesn't irritate sensitive skin BUT I do wish Clinique would come up with a better closure system for the bottle lid !!! Twice now on two different bottles when replacing the top it has misthread and jammed making it impossible to unscrew thereby rendering the remaining product useless unless you happen to have a handyman who's able to cut the bottle open to salvage the contents !!!!!!!!

This is excellent for removing my waterproof mascara without having to rub. It just gently melts it away, along with the rest of my eye shadow etc.

I have been using this for many years especially for waterproof mascara. As it's expensive i have tried many alternatives from many other brands but always come back to buying/ using this one as it effortlessly removes waterproof mascara without damaging/losing lashes. Yes the push down & twist lid is a little tricky and tough like a medicine bottle, but the product works well . You've got to shake the bottle and then tip onto cotton pad at least 3-4 times, press onto lashes for several seconds before sweeping away. No need to rub.

I've been using this remover for mascara and eye bake up for many years It really removes makeup didn't drag the skin kind to our eyelashes

I used to love this remover. I find it now performs poorly, leaving behind a lot of waterproof mascara on my lashes and a greasy film on my eyelids, though it does work okay for long lasting lipstick. The cap is difficult to open though doesn't seem to be a safety lid.

I love this make up remover even waterproof mascara comes off with very little effort !

Love product but impossible to open did'nt used to be, design has changed .Now ran out and going to purchase a different eye make up remover .Other people are complaining about same issue why you not listening and fixing this problem .The price has increased but product is worse .

I bought this make up remover recently but i couldn't try it even once because it is impossible to open even though you follow the instructions on the cap it doesn' t work and i can see from reviews people complaining about this design issue for long time but looks like nothing changed, i wish i saw this reviews before the purchase it is literally waste of money, it is very disappointing. I am not sure the quality of the product as i didnt have a chance to try, due to this bottle design issue i don't recommend this product.

I'm not as impressed with this product as I used to be. Used to remove all my mascara but I am not sure if the ingredients of the bottom lash masacara have changed or this product as the bottom lash mascara died not come off with ease anymore so my eyes are sure by the time I removed it all
