It lathers SO nicely and a little becomes a lot quick! 😁 Imagine a bubbly thick lotion that suddenly turns into this sudsy moisturizing lather that you get to spread all over your face, lol! I promise it’s delightful! I wear foundation, mascara, eyeliner — all of the “hard to get off” stuff. And with this “take the day off” cleanser, it does exactly what it says! All of my makeup, melts right off! For that reason alone, I am sold. It’s so hard finding a good cleaner that removes my mascara at the end of the day. I am an avid face wash girly, so if even a little bit it stuck on — I am upset. I absolutely recommend this new product by Clinique! I am beyond thrilled with it.

As a hardcore Take The Day Off Cleansing balm fan, I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the mousse texture but can honestly say I love it! It melts away makeup leaving my skin feeling clean and refreshed. Super gentle & doesn't irritate my sensitive skin - I feel like it's a spa-like experience in my own bathroom. The scent is slightly different from the Take The Day off Balm but still pleasant! I've been using with warm water & then splashing my face with cold water at the end - super refreshing!

Excellent make up removal skills. It says to avoid eyes but I found no sensitivity and it destroyed my fibre mascara which most cleansers struggle with. I personally did find it a bit drying so deducted one star for that. I would say you will enjoy this if you have oily skin.

I have received this product as a gift, and I love the overall packaging instantly and the texture of mousse. As I don't do much of make-up most of days, this product is the perfect fit for me to wash off light make-up and save me the step of using face wash at night.
