Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I was very disappointed with the flowers that I’d arranged to have delivered to a family member. They arrived fine, but after following all instructions by day 2 they were drooping and day 4 half of them looked pretty much dead. Not the quality I was expecting from M&S.

I bought the flowers for my sister in law following surgery to cheer her up , however they arrived in very poor condition and didn’t revive as hoped . On a positive note though M&S replaced them with a lovely bouquet which was beautiful , many thanks .

Very disappointed in the quality of this bouquet. This was an 85th birthday surprise for my husbands aunt. We live in Canada and wanted to send her something special. The photo she sent us bore little resemblance to the photo on your site. The bouquet was smallthan expected and the roses were fully open, no visible clematis.Given the price of £40 I expected better quality from M&S. Will not be ordering flowers from M&S again.
