Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Beautiful bouquet send as a thank you gift. Nice tall stems and a lovely variety & colour variation of flowers. Unfortunately an odd one of the rose stems was a little bit sad or it would have had 5 stars!

Bought as a gift for my sister’s birthday, but as delivery was left out in blazing sun rather than being left in the porch or with a neighbour, the flowers were ruined, dead and dying when unpacked.

Very rarely am I unhappy with M&S flowers
I always choose M&S for the flowers that I send as gifts. I am very rarely unhappy. But these didn't last. Sadly, they died within a few days. It may well have been due to the hot weather, but it was very disappointing as they were a gift for my 91 year old Mum.

Bunch much smaller than shown and the roses dropped within three days, although instructions followed - the bunch never filled out and looked as good as it should have done. Not good value for money compared to another companies mail delivered very similar bunch which were half the cost and have lasted twice as long. Very disappointing - I expect M&S products to be good quality and reasonably priced. I will certainly think twice before ordering M&S flowers again.

Disappointing
I bought these flowers for my mums birthday. When they arrived they looked wilted which I understand they need to “wake up” once they are placed on water and the feed is added. However, some of the roses already had brown wilted petals and the freesias were also squashed somewhat. Unfortunately despite adding water and feed they only perked up very slightly and didn’t really bloom and were nothing like the photo showed on the website. When I have purchased M & S flowers in the past they were always beautiful and well worth the money. These flowers unfortunately fell short of my expectations for the money and both myself and more importantly my mum were really disappointed.
