I’ve had M&S hot water bottles for years and use them all. Year round for my back. They had a lot of problems with the screw tops breaking for some time which I stuck with. But having just bought 2 new ones the tops are really wobbly to get one and they’ve changed the covers to have an opening part way down and also a cuff over the top. Both of these are really stiff to get into and if you try and fill the bottle from the top opening, the furry cover slides through your fingers as you’re doing it - very dangerous. And if you try to get the top half of the bottle out of the side opening, it’s really difficult to get back in once filled. If you can’t manoeuvre the top back into the cuff it leaves the bottle bent. M&S what are you doing? It’s not difficult! Whoever designed these clearly never tried to use it. Very disappointed!

Difficult to put water in without soaking the cover. Bottle is plastic and does not last as long as the rubber bottles. Cover goes tatty as well.
