Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Looked OK when arrived but roses only lasted a couple of days, sunflowers 4 to 5 Expected better quality control from M&S. Have had other flowers which have been fine but it's no good having flowers sent as a gift which are poor quality

The flowers arrived on time but it was clear when my wife opened the box that they were not going to last. They didn’t, one set of the flowers were drooping and dead within two days. The sunflowers were limp and did not open properly and also died within five days. Very dissapointing especially as it was a birthday gift.
