Cute but cause blisters
These shoes are very cute and on trend and a great price point. However, I keep getting blisters on the back of my ankle where the back of the strap digs in. It’s painful and disappointing as I bought block heels hoping to be able to walk in them. I’m hoping to find a solution of wearing a padded plaster or that over time this issue might go away once broken in as I really do like them.

Glamorous Comfort
Yes, I recommend this
[Employee of marksandspencer-en_gb] Bought these in a 5, returned for a 6 & they are fabulous. Glamorous yet comfortable due to the platform. Partied in them all night!

Black crossover platform sandals
No, I don't recommend this
These seem comfortable and look good. In M&S shoes, my size varies from 4.5 to 5.5 depending on the style and width. The 5 in these fits well, and I’d say these sandals are an ever so slightly wider than standard fit. The ankle strap could be a teeny bit longer, and the insole a tad more cushioned. However, although these are described as suede, and the crossover front straps and possibly the ankle straps are, I’d say that’s as far as real suede goes. It appears to me that the heel and platform are more likely covered in faux suede and consequently cheapen the look of the sandals slightly. The inner sole lining isn’t the best, being a slightly shiny material. Overall they’re good enough but could be better and I’d say they’re a bit overpriced.
