Most M&S items are very good,but these were delivered inside a plastic bag so the suede had rubbed off on one boot.Disgusting to ship items like that,where is the box?.Worst part is it means the boots are wasted.The boots themselves would be very good value for money with great soles etc,but they are also a bit strange fitting being small for the stated sizes.I wont risk reordering these in case they come damaged again,but would consider buying in a store after trying on sizes.However M&S dont have stores anywhere near.Three garments this year ruined by terrible packing.
