This is a really useful size pan, 22cm great for a small plate size omelette or pancakes, Useful for a sliced onion or few chopped mushrooms. Deep enough to cook a sauce like say peppercorn or sweet and sour without splashing over the sides. Love it, well packed and quick delivery. One happy customer.
