Rows of gorgeous vibrant Tete-a-Tete plants afeature in this wooden crate planter, adding great colour to your outdoor space this spring. Colours may vary slightly throughout the season.
Care- The compost should never be allowed to dry out completely but, equally do not allow the planter to become waterlogged. Raising the planter above the ground slightly will help it to drain freely. Adding some plant food to the water every 2 weeks or so between late spring and early autumn will prolong flowering. During hot spells frequent watering may be needed and this is best done in the morning or evening, to avoid scorching the plants. Reduce watering in cold weather and do not allow the pot to freeze. Remove any dying or damaged flowers or leaves as you see them. This planter is designed to provide an outdoor display for a few weeks. After flowering, any healthy plants can be replanted if desired into individual pots to prolong their life.

I bought this item because it looked so lovely and springlike. When it arrived half the bulbs were laid on top of the compost and moss. I replanted them and they have since flowered and now look more like the item I ordered.

Bad delivery

Unfortunately when I got this lovely plant delivered it had clearly been thrown about during delivery and all the bulbs and soil was everywhere and unsalvageable. The bulbs were all damaged and the soil went everywhere in my hallway. Not M&S fault but clearly they need to speak with Yodel about how to care for their plants during delivery! Wish I could have bought this in store but it wasn’t stocked in my local branch.

Meant to be a birthday present which I chose on the basis of the picture advertised on line which shown fully grown daffodils in flower instead what arrived was a trug with moss and barely sprouted bulbs as shown in my photo below

I bought this as a surprise present for my family to celebrate St.David’s Day. Unfortunately when it was delivered, it looked as though the daffodil bulbs had only recently been planted so the display looked very dull and uninspiring. It looks as though the flowers might be in bloom for St. George’s Day!
