This was my first time ordering flowers with M&S. I generally use eflorist. The quality of the flowers weren't fresh.. some were wilting; some had not blossomed ... so, there was a stark difference from what I was used to with eflorist. However, the logistics in the delivery was ON-TIME and was quite easy for tracking.

I ordered this bouquet as a gift for my sister recovering from an operation and having to isolate for two weeks afterward so I was unable to personally visit her. She said the flowers came so well wrapped and protected and obviously cared for by whoever packaged them. She said they are beautiful and still opening up from bud several days later.I shop m and s all the time and really happy with all their products. Great value too for this bouquet

Nice bouquet but courier ruined
I bought this last week as a present for my Mum. The box turned up damaged, sticky taped back together, flowers with no water and some broken. Shame because it would have been a lovely bouquet. M&S your couriers are letting you down

I bought these flowers for my wife. I was waiting for some of them to bloom but they seem to be rather lifeless. Also the card that should accompany the flowers was very hard to locate? Why do you even bother with it when you can’t be bothered to put it in with the flowers!
