Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Bought for my Mum. Delivered on time and she loved them. They arrived a bit droopy, but perked up when she put them in water. Yes they were a bit expensive, but well worth the money for her reaction.

The flowers were a gift and the recipient was really disappointed. The flowers were really cold when they arrived and rather sad looking. The flowers perked up a bit but they only lasted a few days and were nothing like the colour advertised. Expected better.

These tulips were for my Sisters birthday. Unfortunately when they arrived they were very droopy, and did not improve when in water. I have ordered flowers from you many times before without any problems so as you can imagine this was very disappointing for us both. I am not sure if I would order flowers from you again.

The Worst Ever

Having had numerous M&S flower orders in the past. These were by far the worst ever, with barely 50% of the bunch getting anywhere near recovering from being boxed up. Within 24 hours of delivery some were beginning to droop.

Disappointing
Thought these looked lovely in pic but when they arrived half of them appear to be on their last legs they have been in water for a while now and have not perked up feel I should have gone with roses like I normally do as haven’t had a bad experience with those
