These have the perfect amount of give and support without any loss of breathability or resilience. These are worth every penny both in quality and durability. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first Beyond Yoga leggings and I love them, they are so soft that I want to wear them all day. I ordered another pair right away but with the regular waistband, the overlap waistband is fine and cute if you are just wearing a sports bra but it adds extra thickness when wearing a fitted top. I bought a size small and it was the right size. (5'6" 130lbs).
