Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Really disappointed in the quality of the flowers didnt look that great when they where delivered ( wasnt told by my partner at the time didnt want to upset me). As you can see by the photo after 4 days not good some Rose's never even opened! Expect more from M&S shop there on a regular basis certainly wont be having flowers delivered again.

So disappointed, I have purchased so many of these rose bouquets as gifts for family and friends, however this one was not good. Two roses dead on arrival and more had dropped the following day. So upsetting as it was a birthday gift for mom who is also unwell. It is unlikely I will purchase again. Delivery was on day requested and delivered at time advised that day.

Disappointed I received this message from the recipient, my mum. - I have followed the instructions and food for the roses you sent via M&S and I thought you aught to know that they have died. So bent over and the leaves have shrivelled up. So if you leave a response for M&S in the two days I have had them they are very disappointing. It’s not your fault and it’s just a shame they have gone that way. The Prosecco was good xx
