Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The roses were in 2 separate bunches, 1 white and 1 yellow. The white ones lasted nearly 2 weeks but the yellow ones sat in the same vase and just died! Would not recommend.

Didnt see these as sent to an elderly aunt on discharge from hospital. She loves roses and said they were beautiful Only thing was delivery driver left them in entrance to the building, shes on 2nd floor, luckily someone saw them and took them up to her . I have sent m&s flowers to her before and they have always taken them up to her flat
