Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

They were for my Diamond Wedding Anniversary. Lots of the roses didn’t open up from buds and the rest didn’t last long at all. They were not up to Marks and Spencer’s usual standard. Very disappointing. I appreciate the weather has been hot and may have had something to do with this.

Our neice's father, our brother in law, had passed away in his home in New Zealand and it wasn't possible for her to go to be with her Mum and sister and other members of her family.
