Lovely jacket, great quality. Slightly loose around the waist (6 ft 2 and 12 stone, c. 34 waist) but fixed by a quick trip to the tailor

Marked down for hanger issue
The jacket itself is fine and a good fit. My only issue is that it was sent out on a thin shirty hanger. This is just useless when hanging in the wardrobe, it needs a proper jacket hanger to support the jacket when hanging. If it wasn't for the hanger issue, it would be an easy 5 Stars.

Crumpled Suuts
Bought 2 pairs of suit online worth over 400. Big mistake! Suits were sent in a plastic bag. Creased and crumpled. At least M&S could have sent it in a suit bag in a box. Returned immediately. Never again I'll buy suits online. Better buy in store. To be fair the suit itself is excellent
