Great spray - does the job of a relaxing smell (lavender) without leaving an oily residue on the pillow. It’s not meant to last through the night (that would require a lot of oil) but it is sufficient to lull you to sleep.

I bought this sleep pillow mist as I had read it worked. I struggle with sleep real bad. However, the mist only worked for one night. I spray my pillow every night before I go to bed and it hasn't made much effect. I given it four stars as I fell soundly asleep on the first night and I love the smell. I know it puts my sister to sleep, however it's just for a few hours.
