I’m not a trainer person but need some support & comfort when walking now as need a knee replacement but due to other medical problems it can’t be done Found these to be supportive when walking reducing the vibration up my leg & very comfortable & light, don’t know you’ve got them on Also really easy to put on & don’t look too bad !

No, I don't recommend this
While these trainers fit lengthwise, I had to check if they were wide fit as they are large width wise. Not as happy as I usually am with all previous Skechers purchases
