Heel issue

Bad design. Looks great but upon wearing them, they are badly designed on the heel. The back is curved upwards and doesn’t give any support. Walking was uncomfortable and my heels were sore after wearing them for a couple hours. I bought several NB runners before and loved them but definitely not these. Super disappointed.

Different colour, different quality.

I bought the cloud and moonbeam version and a khaki pair. Even though they are supposedly the same shoe, just a different colour, the moonbeam pair were terrible. They looked so cheaply made, there were blobs of glue all around the seam and the tongue looked unfinished with all the inner foam on show. They honestly looked fake and cheap, nothing like the other colour that I purchased. I’ve also been a 6 in every single pair of shoes going and have narrow feet but had to exchange for a 6.5.

Comfortable but I find the quality of the tongue on the runner is very poor quality. It looks unfinished that you can see the yellow foam from the wearers perspective and if anyone beside you behind you.

A little disappointed with the colour

I bought size 6.5 in Marblehead with raincloud and sea salt. I got them as I liked the colours on the website. But they are actually a lot lighter than what they look on the website. Very light grey colour and the darkish grey on the website doesn’t really show. So, colour wise, I’m very disappointed. Fitting - quite comfortable. Don’t like the heels, they are quite funny shaped.

The style is nice but the quality seemed really poor. The tongue of the shoe has a foam edge and looks unfinished. The suede like parts are ok but the other fabric around the rest of the shoe looks really cheap. Ok but wouldn’t recommend.

Approved comfort for long tradeshow days

I bought these shoes this weekend and ended up wearing them for the first time today for 11 hours at a tradeshow, and if you’ve ever been to a tradeshow you’ll know those floors are concrete and comfy shoes are a must. My feet and back thanking me tonight! No rubbing or blisters and while I am tired, my feet and back feel perfectly fine tonight! The only reasons I took off a star is 1) because the suede scuffed pretty easily - I’m sure I can buff it out, but I don’t foresee it having the best durability long-term, and 2) while the mesh upper keeps them breathable, you can see the outline of your toes at times which aesthetically, I could do without.
