Great value ( even more so with sparks offer of 20% off). Although they are not the most expensive regardless. As good as more expensive cases we’ve had and wheels seem sturdy and easily manouvered. Would have liked a burgundy or dark green option but that’s just a personal choice. Adequate room for two weeks holiday as the case is quite lightweight and we find as we’ve gotten older the medium size is good for us as easier to handle, lift if necessary and as most airports have a weight limit this case is perfect as it easily holds 20kg. So pleased with them Have since purchased a further two as Christmas gifts for family.

This is a teplacement purchase of the same suitcase. Previuos one lasered 2 years then the stitching came away from the side creating a small hole, however i was given a full refund ( 10 year guarantee) and i rebought the same case as it is great. Lightweight, smooth wheeling, easy to spot on the conveyor. Great large front zip pocket. Idea for train travel as well as plane. Fsb waterproof matrrial (softshell is definitely my preference!)

Love this case. Plenty of room inside for all your needs for a short break. Quiet runner and very smooth. Only thing is I cannot change locking code as I need a slightly stronger person than myself for two nimble hands!!

The lock is of no use, anyone with the right sized implement is able to reset the number to the default 0000 & open the case

Nice lightweight suitcase which is very manoeuvrable. Plenty of space for a long trip. Survived a trip to Italy with no issues.

This is a good medium-sized suitcase. At first I considered buying a considerably more expensive US brand as I fly frequently However, I saw this suitcase at my local large M&S and decided it suited my travel needs. Have now used it twice and am still impressed. Very good value.

One of the best cases we have had. Sturdy wheels, can pack loads, lightweight, good quality zips and easily to wheel around. Have paid just as much for supermarket/bargain stores and they aren’t a patch on these ones

We have looked at luggage for a long time trying to decide what would suit us best. We don’t want heavy cases to drag along when crossing London for example or when trying to get them into luggage compartments on a train. So, these cases at M&S fit the bill- smart, eight wheels, light-weight, good handles, extendable, good interior. We are using ours for the first time in May- so we shall know more then, how pleased we are with this purchase. Very reasonably priced - thank you M&S.
