I’ve been using Marks Maxim items for over 20 years and needed to replace my cereal bowls this time. Over the past 7 years I’ve replaced only a few plates and pasta bowls too. They’re all dishwasher safe and I love the classy elegant style with a white gloss finish. What’s not to love!

Recently ordered these bowls online having already purchased some along with other items in the Maxim range when it first came out quite a few years ago now. The shape has been changed and the overall feel is thinner. Two bowls arrived chipped and whilst customer service was helpful and immediately arranged for them to be replaced, I am disappointed to find that they are not lasting and several have been chipped despite trying to take care of them. The previous ones lasted for years. Disappointing.
