The chairs arrived on time, and were very easy to put together. The supplied washers and felt pads made it easy to adjust to any uneven floor area - although that wasn't an issue for us. Very comfortable, good quality fabric, fit perfectly with my existing kitchen table.

Nice chairs. I bought six of the natural colour fabric and they look good with my light oak table. They are are comfortable but I've only given 4 stars as I didn't think they are the best quality but in saying that they were very good value for money as I bought with a 30% discount.

Please with the x 2 Nordic chairs. Only had to screw on the legs, easy peasy! The look and feel of chairs is good, and they are comfy:) Only gripe is the amateur stapling on underside of seat. Could have been a 5 otherwise.

OK quality. Bad delivery experience

Chairs are comfortable and good quality for price. However 1 chair was faulty, and because 1 item is 2 chairs had to dismantle 1 chair unnecessarily and repack both chairs. Delivery was lousy and put me off ever ordering furniture again. Ervi was the chosen carrier and delivered a day early (so I was out) and left 2 boxes (too heavy for me to lift) on doorstep. I immediately complained and my delivery charge was waived but I was also told that my complaint would be escalated. That’s been 9 days ago and I’ve had no further communication from M&S.
