Diane51 Poor wearability Purchased 4 of these chairs approximately 3-4 years ago (2019-2020), they now have signs of ripping and going thin on the faux leather, which I might add is very thin. If I had treated them badly I could understand it, but they have not been abused in any way. They look very smart, but obviously the fabric used is not durable and for the price you pay, you would expect a better quality product and for this reason I would not give them any form of recommendation.

Bobs12345 Not Made to Last Bought 4 chairs in March 2017. Recently the top of the backs looked wrinkled, the top layer had separated from the under fabric and has now split. These chairs came with a 6yr aftercare cover but on contacting M & S have been offered 17% and I can keep the chairs. I am really not happy with this as I was not expecting to be paying out for another set of chairs in such a short time.

Elwen Dining chair It is a very strong,comfortable chair, the only drawback is it is quite heavy to move.
