Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Oh dear!
Always had lovely flowers from M & S. These peonies left a lot to be desired, flowers heads small and lasted 3 days. Love peonies and bought them to cheer myself up but definitely didn't do the trick.

The peony bouquet was bought for a friend’s birthday. She sent photos of it in the tall Georgian window of her flat in Edinburgh, which required flowers of such dimensions. It was delivered on time and delighted her. Both criteria I had hoped for when ordering the peonies. M&S does not fall short in the quality of its product. I am very satisfied.
