Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I didn’t actually see these flowers in person as they were delivered as a gift. They were delivered as requested on the 25th April a long with some chocolates. I had a message from recipient to say thank you they had arrived, when I got back from holiday I phoned recipient and she didn’t stop gushing about the flowers & chocolates , she was really thrilled with them, said they looked & smelt gorgeous and lasted really well. She threw the last of her bouquet away on the 9th May.

Very poor. Small posie, not a bouquet. The flowers were lovely, but nowhere near the size and quantity shown in the photo. Must be a child’s hand in the photo!! For £40, this is a rip off. When they arrived, I thought they had sent the wrong order. I will never buy flowers from M&S again.

The flowers I ordered came as rrquested, however I was disappointed with them. The box used to transport them was very sturdy but I'd have preferred a little less and prefered to have more blooms. The website picture is a little misleading with the impression of more blooms than you receive. The flowers received are very pretty with a lovely scent and looked pretty when placed at my family's grave.

Bought bouquet for my Mam to cheer her up as she was feeling a bit down, and I am so glad I did! These flowers were absolutely stunning and brightened my Mam’s whole day. The colours and the different types of bloom make this a beautiful bouquet which smelled gorgeous and some of the blooms lasted for almost a fortnight. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
