Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Very disappointed to receive these flowers, especially as they were for a birthday. Unfortunately, the buds were already beginning to wilt on arrival and they certainly didn’t bloom into the bouquet as described, in fact they didn’t bloom at all, barely opened and just died, despite following the care instructions. Of all the various flowers I received from family and friends, these were the worst and barely filled the vase. They were also the first to die and didn’t last the guaranteed timescale. Have always loved my M&S flowers but feel that over the last couple of years they are not the quality they used to be.

When I unwrapped the flowers they looked very wilted. I hoped they would revive in water with the feed. Sadly they didn’t and there was no scent. After 6 days I had to bin them. As they were a free gift I felt unable to complain

There were 6 flowers whose heads had come off. Even though I ordered the for the next day, they were already well passed their best and only lasted a few days. They were advertised as fragrant, which I could smell as I opened the box, but not after that, even when I walked into the room.
