We had a small gathering on a Sunday afternoon and had collected these and our other items at about 10.30 We then went out after putting every thing in the fridge. We returned and started to put the food ou it was only then we realised the Bilinis had to be cooked and we didn't have time as our friends came back with us. There is no indication which of your food needs cooking which is really an essential piece of information The coquilles St. Jaques were the same but at least they wer frozen so we could put them in the freezer for later

The blinis were dry and very thick and the salmon was very chewy the dill cream was good. Not recommended

Very nice canapé, to be honest our guests were saving themselves for the bbq food and, I over catered as usual really glad I didn’t get 2 packs, each one was quite a good size ‘mouthfull’!

The purpose of ordering party food is not to have to assemble it yourself. Frankly if I’d wanted to prepare blinis myself I’d have bought the ingredients more cheaply elsewhere

These arrived well packaged and ready to assemble. With a few fronds of dill from the garden, a twist of pepper and a piece of lemon they were ready to go. All disappeared very quickly so they must have been tasty.

I totally agree with many of the others. Description and picture is misleading. I hadn't realised I would need to cook these first. Time consuming when the idea of buying party food is to get it ready in a very limited time. If you want salmon blinis, I would suggest just buying the ingredients separately - would be better value

I was disappointed to have to cook the blinis and then construct the salmon blinis. It was confusing because on the front of box it said ready to eat. Then it said the blinis had to be cooked. It was a very expensive buy and would not recommend it.

These were very tasty once assembled but foolishly I didn't read the product information properly and like so many of the other reviewers I was fooled by the photo. I would not buy this again as I could have produced the same thing in the same time for less by buying the ingredients seperately.

What can I say! So, so very disappointing! I was so shocked and upset to find a box with a DIY kit when I went specifically to M&S website to order ready made and presentable party food that did not involve any additional work. When I ordered on line, I did not think it necessary to scroll down to find out further instructions on the product. I thought I was buying what the picture and title showed. No way did I have time to heat, cool down the blinis, spread the cream cheese and shred the salmon etc...So this was left behind and not served on the day.You need to make it very clear in the title of the product that it is a self assembly kit. The price is therefore outrageous. Today, I went to check on previous reviews to see if I am wrong in my thinking/reaction but you had so many similar comments as mine, why was it not taken into account and actioned upon. Do you take reviews seriously?!

Extremely tasty and Delicious

They tasted great however having to make up yourself was time consuming. Would have been better if pre made.

Did not enjoy the dressing with the salmon.

They looked as if I had made them and were enjoyed by my guests
