The only problem is that it arrived folded up in a plastic bag which was 12 inches by 10 inches and the dress was creased from top to bottom. I was very disappointed that M&S would find this acceptable.

Myah12 27-12-2022 04:48 Lovely Dress would recommend Beautiful classic dress. I am a size 16 and it fits true to size. Length may be slightly long, I am 5ft 8 and its just about half way between knee and ankle, but suits the length I like. Lovely weight material. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered size 14, quickly realised when it arrived that this was huge. I normally wear a size 12. There was none. I relunctly ordered size 10. Which I collected yesterday. I managed to squeeze myself in, very snug. Will diet so that it will fit me. Ideal for all a Occasions.

Lyn Hyn 13-04-2022 03:45 Keyla Fluted Sleeve Fitted Dress - Phase Eight I bought this dress in a size 12 for my daughters wedding - it is lovely but was just a bit too fitting especially around the hips - as I want to feel comfortable for the day I’ve returned it and managed to get a size 14 from another site online which fits better - my only negative comment was the way the dress arrived - no cellophane dress bag, just folded up (badly) and shoved into a small M&S delivery bag, so it arrived all creased - unusual for M&S who are normally very good with protecting their products - felt it had been tried on a few times too - sorry M&S!
