Shocking crumpled presentation

I bought this blouse in both colours hoping it was going to be the perfect solution to layering. So shocked at the tiny packaging, with blouses tightly stuffed in with no regard to neatly folding. Consequently the blouses looked like crumpled rags and wholly suggested this would be how they would wear. Come on M&S - if you're going to partner with other brands make sure you exercise quality control. These completely let YOUR brand down.

This blouse is a really nice material and style but it arrived extremely creased, it was also very creased after wearing it for a short time. I bought the black one and wish I had returned it. It has put me off buying the white one.

I washed this garment by hand but it hasn’t come out well at all. It is not worth almost £40 and out of all the items I have recently purchased from M and S this has been the only disappointing one.
