Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage and sealed in our water-free delivery solution. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Beautiful flowers (hence the 3 stars), but the details say "come in bud" when they certainly weren't. Some of the flowers were already wilting upon arrival, and overall they only lasted a day before petals started falling off.

The bouquet was for my wife’s Birthday. Unfortunately the quality of all the flowers was poor with most of the flowers dead or dying after just 3 days. Very disappointing and a complete and utter waste of money. I certainly would not recommend this product.

The soft pink ranunculus in the bouquet are gorgeous. Would have been 5 stars but the roses were so fully open on receipt only managed three days before they dropped petals. A pity. Please M&S supply more ranunculus and anemone bouquets at this time of year.
