Rose & Lily Bouquet

The flowers arrived well packaged, however upon opening them the roses were brown at the edges and not in very good condition. I am very disappointed as these were a Mother’s Day gift and look like they have come from a petrol station. They’re not up to Marks and Spencer’s usual standards and definitely not worth the money!

Very disappointed in what was delivered , flowers not what I was expecting 😞 £50 rose and lily bouquet sent to bereaved family member. Thank you received with photograph , fortunately family member happy with my thoughtfulness. I was gutted when I saw what my £50 had bought .

Low quality and the flowers particularly the roses were tiny and perished within a matter of days. This order was not worth the £50 cost, the equivalent could have been purchased elsewhere for less than half the price.

The flowers were rather tired looking by the time they arrived!!

Excellent and delivered as promised. Recipient very happy and pictures they sent me look most pleasing. Thank you M&S
