I have always bought cargo shorts from M&S, they have always been good quality. However I wanted a plum colour and the only one’s were by Fatface. They were £49, which I thought was extremely expensive but bought them all the same. What a mistake, they arrived looking as though someone had just washed them, thin cheap material, basically you were just paying for the name.

As usual from Fat Face, good quality. I have noticed this year that the cargos are just a bit lighter? My husband is quite tall and was happy with the two lengths.

Not the same
Fat Face has changed the name of these cargo shorts & the quality. They are not the same as the previous Breakyard ones. The material is thinner, not thick, the pocket designed have buttons instead of press studs. Only one button on the back pockets, only one button on the waistband of the shorts, no internal button. Also there is no slip pocket for a mobile phone, which was so very useful.
