How to remain well turned out

Brought a few of these for my husband lately. They are very smart looking, the fit is good & the material is nice & thicker with a slight pattern in material. He has 2 plain to wear out & 3 for work, the cuffs have a nice added detail if u dont want to wear traditional cufflinks.

I needed a double-cuff shirt and this fitted the bill perfectly. The twill fabric is really nice and the shirt has some nice touches with collar stiffeners and a second cuff hole to vary the length of the cuff. Extra bonus, it was on "an 2-for offer" so ordered one white and one blue.

Appalling …. The quality appears not a patch on previous shirts and arrived with no cellophane over it . Cuffs on sleeve not very deep once turned up, probably half of what it was on previous shirts purchased of the same description. Will be returning for a refund . I so want M&S to be successful but this feels like an unwelcome turn for the worse .
