Very poor, I always buy M&S luxury / Sartorial men’s shirts when I them I would buy multiple. Unfortunately your shirts no longer come in cellophane packaging ( I assume this is to reduce packaging / environmental costs) I purchased 3no online 2 out of the 3 were marked so I ended up returning them in store. When in store I noticed many shirts were unpackaged. I won’t be buying any shirts from M&S again.

It's difficult to find an elegant shirt to wear under a suit that is smart and formal, but not stuffy and old-fashioned. French placket double cuff shirts are not easy to find elsewhere, and they are not typically available immediately. Internet purchases can be problematic because you can't determine the quality and fit until you receive them. Being able to go into a shop, feel the quality and test the fit makes all the difference! Having extra options for fit, collar size and sleeve length (I'm tall with long arms) with excellent quality fabric at a great price on the high street is fabulous.

Ordered online. Didn't come wrapped in cellophane to keep it keep. It was a little marked, which came out when I steamed it, as it was very creased. Nice quality of material.
