Deliveries are haphazard.

Don’t use the wine delivery service whilst Parcelforce are the carriers. On several occasions 1 or 2 cases have gone ‘missing’. Refunds are never automatic - you have to chase yourself through a seres of painful phonecalls. There is also no way of registering this as an issue suggesting M&S dont take complaints seriously or that anything will change.
