Pure Linen V-Neck Midi Waisted Dress

This dress fitted perfectly on the waist, bust & shoulders, but it was huge on the back. Very long too, but I knew that from other reviews. So sadly had to return it

Beautiful dress in the Chambray and a good fit but the sleeves made it too warm for summer and the drawstring is not very flattering. It would be great in a sleeveless version. Such a shame because the material and colour are wonderful. Something a little more stylish please!

I purchased this dress but sadly had to return it. It creased like made, making it look like a sack. Very disappointing, as in the view, it looked very nice on.

Ordered this dress in Blue as I have a few Khaki pieces already. I was a bit hesitant as some reviewers said that it looked like a sack....I found it hanged beautifully and the colour was lovely...very comfortable and it was in the sale too so a very happy customer

This is a really lovely dress that you can dress up or down. It fits well and is very comfortable. Sleeves can be worn down with the cuff closed or can be rolled up so nice and versitile

Wasn’t sure about this dress in terms of fit and length but I shouldn’t have been concerned as the fit is good. Length at 116cm is mid calf on me which I like. I’m 5 ft 4 in and I prefer my knees covered! Khaki colour is nice and looks great with thong natural sandals. Haven’t washed yet. Linen does crease but don’t mind that so much as I like the feel of linen which is light for warmer days.

This could have been so much better. The belt is thin and really adds nothing to the dress. I will keep it as it is comfortable. And I got it at half price. It is definitely not worth the full price.

Perfect fit, amazing value

Love the colour love the quality of the linen but the fit is way off . When the waist is tied the whole thing just goes wrong . It became a sack like dress which looked dreadful. Such a shame as it could have been so good

Only keeping because bought in sale and chambray a perennial colour. I'm 5'3" and it's not a sophisticated midi but way too long. Also, the sleeves are much too long and the waist too low. The latter is strange as the last M and S dress in this size had the waist too high and it wasn't meant as a design feature. Not flattering but will be fine around the house. Am buying less and less from M and S because of inconsistent fit and poor quality fabrics.

This is a lovely dress and the blue colour is fab. I really really wanted to like it but sadly it was not for me. I am 5 ft 1 and a size 12 and on me it felt like I was wearing a nightie, far too much material round the middle, I wanted to wear it loose with the drawstring hardly tied but It just wouldn’t work like that. Think I am just the wrong body type, such an amazing bargain in the sale so I am truly gutted and will have to return it.

I bought this linen dress on sale For £22 so for the price it was very Good value.I wouldn’t have bought it At full price as it is not dressy enough However,for a cool summer dress in Linen it is a useful addition to my wardrobe

I’m 5ft 9 and hesitated buying this because so many dresses aren’t long enough to hide my knees, even in the longer length. This one comes below the knee and is a very flattering shape, not too narrow or wide. I love the tie which comes under the bust rather than on the waist as I don’t have a small waist, and it’s more flattering. I bought the lovely khaki colour in a size 14 which has plenty of room in it.
