The fabric was disappointing, very thick and 'rough'. Style is unflattering with the two inverted pleats on either side.

The linen for these trousers was coarser than I expected but that wouldn't have been so much a problem if the colour had been what it looked like online. Much more of a toffee colour than the natural linen I expected. So although the fit was great, I didn't like the colour and these trousers went back.

The model was 5' 11'' and the trousers came to her ankles. I am 5' 6'' and they came to about 3'' above mine!! The material was also very stiff , seemed softer in the photograph.

These looked so good on the model, I ordered size 12. The material is very thick indeed for linen and the style, though smart did not flatter in a size 12 short inside leg lady. Regrettably had to go back. The waist band and tie make for a very bulky look around the middle.
