Disappointing

Ordered two if tgese in the sale for my husband. Blue one arrived with basty largevrust stain on collar, so returned it to store and they ordered a replacenent. Four days later when i collected was dismayed to find same shirt had been dispatched! I have since noticed that the beige one has blue stains on the shirt tail. As I've washed it iI cant return but am very disappointed, not WS usual standard of quality or service.

Yes, I recommend this
Great shirt and good quality but poor business practice. Bought at full price £55 only to discover Whitestuff had reduced to £24, three hours after purchase and too late to cancel. Will never buy other brands from M&S again!
