Pure Leather Lattice Tote Bag

Poorly made. Lines did not align on the sides of the bag first time round, and was clearly faulty. M&S were helpful to resolve and replacements sent but these were so squashed that it had permanently dented the bag and therefore it would not hold its shape. It’s a shame, because I really liked the bag but sadly had to send back for a refund in the end

For the price I was expecting so much more. It's a beautiful looking bag. Agreed. But I was disapponted with it's strength/ robustness. Lack thereof. It's size is capacious. But that's the rub. It feels frail for anything other than a few bits and bobs. Which means you don't need that amount of space. I needed (& used) as a tote bag on aircraft. Was always a little concerned that the handles ( even using both together as I did) would give out. Never before spent £250 on such a handbag.. never will again. Sorry. DisappointingJaeger.
