I bought this bag as a gift for myself. I loved the look of the bag. Unfortunately, the one and only time that I used it ,it became apparent that there appeared to be an issue with the design. The shoulder strap was too long and the zip and the bag itself appeared, to pull down if there was anything in the bag.. The bag did not keep its shape. I was bitterly disappointed as I had to return the bag

I am pleased with the bag, but having read the reviews before I purchased it, I expected to be able to use it as a cross body bag. The strap is long enough but you would have to make an additional hole to make it long enough to use across the body. I found the review to be misleading.

This is a beautiful bag in every way but although a previous reviewer had suggested that it could be styled as a cross body bag, I’m afraid that it just didn’t sit well for me. I wanted to keep it but as someone who would have used it when shopping and needing a cross body style, I knew it just wasn’t going to get used.
