Pure Lambswool Striped Jumper

The material of the garment was very thin and shapeless and the colour was very dark. I returned the sweater.

Loved the neckline - it is difficult to find a jumper with a neckline that is not too high or too low and this was perfect - the sleeves were also a good length. However, the body of the jumper was quite shapeless. The wool was not "luxuriously soft" as it should be for this price. Returned for a refund.

I am so pleased that M&S are doing wool sweaters, as I find there is no warmth in wearing synthetic fibres in winter. Am very keen on Breton stripes so ordered this jumper in the navy in both a size 10 and a 12. When they arrived I was surpised to find that the size 10 was 5 cm longer in the body than the 12. However, the cut was generous, so I kept the 10 and will be returning the 12. The sleeve length was also longer on the size 10 than the 12, which is a bit odd. Anyway, this sweater looks very nice on and the wool is warm. It has nice touches like the curved hem and contrast trim on cuffs and neckline, so I am pleased I bought it and will wear it a lot with jeans and boots this winter.

I bought the navy stripe and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. It is a really attractive sweater and is very flattering. Thank goodness for some quality woollen garments at M&S, a change from the man made fibres.

Bought in store today where they had just arrived. Normally a size 14 but find I need a 16 in knitwear. Like the length and the pockets which make it a bit different. Also like the neckline. Overall very pleased with this.
