Lovely dressing gown, good quality material and a great finish

A very nice quality dressing gown but comes up larger than expected. However, still worth having

Great medium weight dressing gown. Fits true to size. Packs small and easy to wash & dry. Sleeves are bit big at the cuff end meaning it can drape into things e.g. washing up water or food on a plate. Only gripe is that the cotton on the waffle weave snags easily so I can envisage it will look a bit scruffy in time. Would have liked a choice of colours as white gets dirty very quickly so requires a weekly wash to keep looking fresh and clean. Despite this I love the dressing gown and would buy again.

I am always on the lookout for pure cotton robes which are not towelling. In the past I have had beautiful, high quality robes from M&S and whilst the lighter-weight ones in the current range are still ok I had hoped this recent addition in the Autograph range would be of a heavier weight for mid season wear. The first thing that struck me when I opened my order was the overall greyness of the robe, it looked as though it needed washing, not marked, just not the white I would expect of a pure cotton robe. It also isnt as warm or cozy as I would have hoped, I have infact still got a white waffle robe from M&S which must be around 10 years old and looks considerably better than this one. Having said that I probably paid at least this price for it, possibly more, I would happily pay more for the quality M&S offered in the past. I shall be returning this dressing gown as its nothing special but ok for the price. I am a size 12 and the medium is a good generous fit, plenty wrap around which I prefer, the sleeves are too long on my 5' 3'' frame and very wide which makes them bulky to turn up.

Purchased this for my frequent spa visits after hitting the gym. It’s perfect in softness and weight, I didn’t want anything too heavy and something that could just make me feel cosy whilst lounging around the poolside.
