Poor quality, loses shape after washing and drying

Third one I’ve bought, and the quality is getting worse. A previous large bought 18 months ago was great quality, however the recent two are terrible suggesting a fabric or manufacturing change. This has shrunk in body length but grown in width after washing and drying twice. I will be returning it for a refund.
