This is quite a lightweight waffle material but not as light as the thin plain cotton ones you can get. It has a bit of stretch which I quite like and a useful internal tie. Sizing seems accurate. I’m 176cm, 72kg and average build and got the L (sizing chart suggested medium ). It’s slightly large on me but I like to be well wrapped up in a dressing gown.
