Perfect styling!
Yes, I recommend this
I bought this to go with the matching shirred waist skirt, and it really does make a lovely co-ord. Looks great as a blouse only, and for me, the open back sits just above the back of my bra, so no faffing with (always uncomfortable) backless / low back lingerie. The fabric is rather thin, like the skirt, but I feel that with a blouse, that's far leaa of an issue, hence the rating.
