Item is true to size. It's not a stretchy material, it's cotton, but it is nice and cool cotton material for the summer. There are poppers in the gusset for nappy changes. Not sure why the other review said there isn't. There are poppers for easy nappy changes on the one I bought. Perfect summer romper.

What a stupid design!
No, I don't recommend this
I normally really like m and s clothing but this design is ridiculous! There are no poppers or buttons on the gusset so once it’s on, which is quite tricky anyway due to the non stretch fabric, it has to be completely removed in order to change a nappy. I have loads of these romper type outfits, including from m and s, so I didn’t even consider it wouldn’t have poppers on the gusset. I will have to sew some Velcro onto this to use it otherwise it’s a huge waste of money.
