Bought for bed in “guests room” I like the “English Heritage” design — colour is as seen online which matches the blinds and carpet. Good quality cotton. Haven’t used it yet so can’t comment on how it washes yet.

This is a lovely duvet and pillowcase set. I washed before putting it on the bed. It washed and ironed beautifully. Very good quality, reduced as well. A bargain!!!

Absolutely pleased with this super king set. Was on sale so ordered white deep bed sheet and pillow cases to match. Never came across cotton sateen. But it is cotton with a nice soft shine.

I liked the design when I saw it online. Even better on the bed. I liked the heritage behind the design. The cotton is good quality and has washed well. Piping on the pillowcases is a great touch. Reversible too. What’s not to like.

VERY DISAPPOINTING FEEL

Pretty pattern, but the fabric quality is not nice to the touch - pre and post washing. I'd suggest it is not 100% cotton - certainly in feel - otherwise it is the sateen weave that has created an unpleasant grain to the fabric. I wish I could send it back - particularly as it cost me £90! It is not worth it! I have purchased lovely M&S cotton bedlinen in the past which is still going strong and has always felt smooth to the touch - this, alas, is not worthy of being sold by M&S.

This is an attractive pattern which had the added bonus of not requiring ironing. I’m not sure it would have been worth £95 but I got it for about £55 which was decent value. It’s nice that it is reversible with two different patterns.!
