No, I don't recommend this
On the image by the collar the shirt appears to have buttons/press on clips so you could open it. Though it’s not stated anywhere that the shirt comes with it if you look around the collar area on the right it appears to open. It didn’t come with it and it was just an average grey shirt. It also didn’t seem to have anything on the collar or should area.
