Pure Cotton Midi A-Line Skirt

This skirt has been an airy, cool godsend this hot June! It's not lined, but as it's a dark colour, that's fine, and makes it even cooler! I love the navy colour - softer and classier than black, imo - but would love it in other colours.

Ordered this skirt from the petite range as finding skirts/trousers at the right length can be a challenge. Although it was the right length and a lovely colour, the gathering and type of fabric made it seem bulky around the hips. The waistband was true to size. For this reason I returned the skirt as unfortunately it just doesn't suit me.

Good quality but too much fabric for me. This is a lovely skirt but I am short and there is a bulk of fabric around the hips and it is long, even the petite version. It would look wonderful on a tall slender person though.

Very bulky and lots of fabric, not a flattering style

Really good quality cotton that hangs nicely. The pockets really make it! I think it will be a summer staple item.
