Very strange description when the actual blouse has no tie, there is just a perfect hem. Somehow the description did not match the item when it arrived. Having said that I was more than pleased that there was no tie, it looks & fits great and I’m very pleased with it. Issue with description was bad but the top itself is very pretty so I kept it.
