Pure Cotton Embroidered Sleeveless Shirt

Only three stars as I am not convinced it was good value for the price tag. It was OK as a solution for what I needed urgently at the time but definitely an off white soft jersey top, not a cotton shirt as I thought from the description.

I bought this a month ago and am so pleased with it! I am very much someone who looks out for ‘dead white’ material as opposed to creamy whites and this to me is a true white. The fit is exceptionally good around the armholes for me which is often a difficult area and the stretch in the cotton is lovely. I thought the embroidery might make it look old fashioned but it just adds to the freshness of the blouse. For absolute perfection I would ask for a curved hemline but this straight version will no doubt be generally acceptable so I did not subtract a star!

Really disappointed with this shirt. I was expecting a pretty white cotton shirt in a rigid cotton fabric. The white embroidery just highlighted the off white cotton jersey. Cheap looking. I could see without needing to open the packaging that this was an off white jersey cotton. Therefore i returned the item without trying it on...
